Hmm... I wonder...

I wonder what happened when I turned in my introduction about the researched argument. Well for one thing, it went horrible.

The thing about the introduction of a term paper is pretty much straightforward. Discuss the topic in good details by giving good insights such as the historical background and all of the good stuff. What I did terrible about this is that I pretty much rushed into typing the paper without ever giving so much thought about the important aspects of the topic. I pretty much typing the paper so well at the very beginning and pretty much bombed the last part of the paper so that is why I ended up with a horrible introduction of the topic.

It was that time that when we have to proofread other's papers that one of the proofreaders in my group skimmed through my paper that out of the five key aspects that is required in that paper that I did four aspects out of the five. So it went out well for the proofreading part but now dealing with the revision part pretty much adding or making changes that the proofreader did that's another story right there.

I was so freaking out that we had to turn in the paper copy and the sources used to the teacher as well as putting the paper itself on the Ecourseware's dropbox. I am pretty much stressed out that if I am going to make it that we rushed to the classroom that one of my friends almost passed out by running to the stairs that when the teacher showed down the steps that the class is relocated downstairs that I told her "Don't pass out!!".

So we are downstairs in the computer lab at Patterson Hall and the others are printing out the paper and the sources as well as the turned-in paper in the dropbox at Ecourseware. I turned in both in time. Believe me, it's so complicated. How do I know? Comment, tell me what you think.

What's Next

This concerns about what I am going to do about the topic that I chose and what to do about it. Obviously the thing is that I am currently researching and working for the explanatory part of the topic which means no arguments at this point.

Anyhow, that is all for now. If there are any questions to ask, feel free to ask at any time.

Argument Topic

The next topic I am about to post in this blog is to determine the topic in which the research argument will be based on. The topic that I chose is all about racial barriers. It is true that racial barriers exist everywhere and has become a national issue. The thing is though is how to put this as a local issue. Several factors such as education, workplace issues as well as psychological issues are such ways why other races never excelled in the corporate chain. This is the reason why I chose this topic because someone has to step up yet speak up about this matter. We are not in the world where Whites lead every single time. In personal experience, even people from another race became leaders not only as executives but like as work managers as long as they have experience and knowledge that they will stride to the top.

In other words, everyone can strive to the top because everyone not only Whites will be able to become leaders of tomorrow. This is not some sort of popularity contest that you choose anybody and does not have the slightest idea of what to do. The reason why people keep choosing the wrong leaders is just that they can do whatever they wanted to. In a time like this, whether in school or in the workplace, every single one of us needs to have the passion, the motivation that keeps us going, to pursue the dream of becoming a leader one day and that is one recommendation that all people not only in this country but also in the entire world to consider.

Once it is done, living the dream will become reality.

Striking Wind

Introduction

I am what is known as Striking Wind. I introduce myself as more like a member of multiple communities associated with everything that I am involved with. As part of participation, the communities that I am currently at are not just school communities but also in my church that I happen to be an important member of the church that I am at. The church that I attend is a multicultural church that teaches the ways of the Lord by our pastors that give excellent thoughts in every verse written in the Bible. The pastors in the church have their own perspective of teaching which makes learning more special and the people can learn from the experiences these pastors has taught. In addition to being a church member, I am also a volunteer in school activities where I participate in volunteer work that I consider it to be more of a job. Speaking of a job, I too am an employee in my work place wherein the higher-ups in my work place find me trustworthy and dependable due to my strong work ethic thus giving myself some experience and recommendation that the higher-ups in my area for a higher-paying, higher-level job that other employers from other departments will find me more useful in today's workplace. As of now, I will be interested in other communities that this campus will offer as well as other communities other than school communities. Thus concluding with optimism that will give positive outlook to those who read this.
